Salon Policy

---Protect Your Rights---


Our policy is to protect your right and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. Your rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 should not be affected.

To allow us to provide a satisfactory service as efficiently as possible, you should do the following:

✨Ask for the service which you would like to have. Please let us know beforehand if you would like any nail designs or have a specific requirement for the service.

✨Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any treatment. Clients who are DIABETIC must inform a staff member immediately when having any treatment.

✨Whilst receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their service so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away. Whether this is a nail polish you do not like, the eyebrow henna is too thick/thin, a design that is not of satisfactory quality etc etc - please do not hesitate to tell us. 

✨Inform the staff / salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff, or any service(s) you have received.

✨Inform the staff / salon manager immediately if you have any concerns about a possible infection has arises after having a service from us or you have any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails or skin, eyebrows, eyelashes etc. 

✨Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will not take any responsiblity if any accidents have happened to your child / children during your treatment at our salon.

✨ We hold no responsiblity for the loss of your personal belongings while you are having the treatment at our salon. 

✨Please do not touch any of the salon equipment. If handled wrongly, it can be very dangerous e.g. Nails Drills. 


Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

✨Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

✨Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 1 week after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting of nails within 1 week of service, please call us to schedule a free repair.

✨ You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days of your initial service.

✨After 1 week from repair date any breakages, tears, and corner breaks could be charged.

✨If you do not follow our aftercare service as mentioned prior (letting us know of your concerns immediately before, during and after service) we will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails or any beauty treatment after you leave the salon.


No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. As soon as you have walk out the salon door, you have immediately accepted and are satisfied with the service that has been provided to you.

✨If you are not happy with your nails / any beauty treatment please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

✨ No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind on what you had done.


In the first instance any complaints, no matter how small, must be raised to the Salon Manager (either directly, or via the technician) within 5 working days of the client's original appointment.

We will always try to rectify any issue in our salon immediately because our aim is to ensure you get the highest expectations of our offered services. While we rarely receive complaints about our services, we always welcome comments and feedbacks about our services so we can improve and provide better results for your next visit.


Gift Vouchers can either be bought for specific treatments or monetarry value. Treatment gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any services we provide at our salon unless otherwise stated. 

There is no cash redemption.
